Our physicians are all board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology with extensive training in hepatology and advanced treatments of the digestive tract. Collectively, the physician team is fluent in English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Farsi –enabling them to understand and treat the needs of a broader patient base.

Maryam Kashi, DO

Dr. Kashi is board certified in gastroenterology, and Medical Director of Endoscopy. Upon obtaining her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University, she completed her residency in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital Program in Baltimore. She went on to complete a fellowship in gastroenterology and nutrition at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA).

Ilan Aharoni, MD

Dr. Aharoni is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, and fellowship trained in gastroenterology. Since 2000, he has been honing both his diagnostic and procedural skill to permanently treat all conditions that fall in the spectrum of gastroenterology and hepatology.

Ahmad Idris, MD

Dr. Idris is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, and fellowship trained in gastroenterology and hepatology. He completed his residency at Fairview Health System in Cleveland, OH followed by a Fellowship at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis, TN where he served as chief of gastroenterology Fellows.

Moin Kola, MD

Dr. Moin Kola is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist and internal medicine physician who has served the Orlando area since 2009. A Diplomate of both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology, he is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom.

Irteza B. Inayat, MD

Dr. Inayat is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, and fellowship trained in gastroenterology, hepatology and ERCP. He completed his residency, along with an extensive fellowship, at Yale University School of Medicine, where he received the coveted John W. Brackett Residency Teacher of the Year Award.

Mike Shukla, MD

Mike Shukla, MD is board certified in gastroenterology, and fellowship trained in gastroenterology and hepatology. He achieved the status of Chief Resident during his residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, NV, followed by a Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Division of Gastroenterology.

David Elijah, MD

David Elijah, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist with nearly a decade of experience in hospitals and private practice. Dr. Elijah has been honored for his clinical excellence by Florida Hospital, which named him Gastroenterologist of the Quarter during 2014.
